My Mission--
My goal in being here is to teach you how to have a new lifestyle. One of the biggest challenges I have always had was having a bad relationship with my body and my food, this caused me to have low self-esteem to the point that I would stop eating and the way I saw myself was very negative.
But in the last 7 years I started to work on myself through coaching and fitness. Not only did my physique improve but the biggest change was when I broke down many of my internal barriers that prevented me from having confidence in myself and enjoying my own life.
But finally I learned to accept myself as I am, I changed my own internal language, mainly by changing words like I CAN NOT OR I AM NOT CAPABLE OF to I AM CAPABLE OF ACHIEVING EVERYTHING I PURPOSE.
In this way and with small steps I have been able to become the person I have always wanted to be.
During that time I started to study in more depth until I qualified as a personal trainer & nutrition coach.

My Story
I have never been good at sports, since I was a child I have always suffered from being overweight and in school I was bullied. That caused me depression and low self-esteem with myself, I was very negative with myself just constantly telling myself that 'I can't or I'm not good enough to do things in life like being good enough for others'.
After a while I started doing an exercise routine and started riding my bike everywhere, it helped me to decrease my anxiety and I actually started to enjoy exercising more. But I took this routine to the negative side, I was killing myself exercising and I started to stop eating just because I wanted to lose weight. I started to believe that food was the cause of my weight gain and this idea caused me a lot of stress, I was constantly hungry and angry because I wanted to eat but I couldn't. Over time, I began to see that food was the cause of my weight gain.
Eventually, I began to see that exercising should be more of an enjoyment than a punishment just because I was unhappy with my body and desperately needed to change. There I could understand that food was not my enemy, I knew that something was wrong and that was that I did not have a good relationship with food or exercise.
7 years ago I left Spain to come to live in the UK, I made this great decision to leave behind everything I knew to get out of my comfort zone and learn to know myself better. During these years I started coaching which helped me in such a way that I managed to find what today I can say is my vocation and my professional career, the world of fitness and nutrition.
Finally I am qualified as a personal trainer, specialized in coaching and nutrition. Thanks to these experiences and the development of my knowledge not only improved my lifestyle but now I am here to help you take your steps to make fitness your lifestyle. Everything I can share with you I have put into practice on myself, here you can see my own results as well as those of my new clients.
I learned to have a better relationship with food, now I love to eat and it gives me energy to keep training and keep improving my self-esteem. I know that it is not easy to take the first steps and that they can cause a lot of fear, but I guarantee you that there is no need to fear the changes, on the contrary.
That's why I encourage you to trust me and let me be part of your own old fitness, because I understand you perfectly well just with the idea of failing yourself but I promise you that will not happen. You will learn to enjoy the process as I and many of my clients have done.
